The Authentic Rebellion Framework
Welcome to the heart of Authentic Rebellion, a space where we explore profound existential questions through a unique and engaging framework. Whether you are new to these discussions or a seasoned participant, this page is designed to guide you through our core principles: The Opening, The Compass, and The Rebellion. Join us as we journey together to uncover deeper meaning in our lives.

The Opening: discover your core values
Our journey begins with "The Opening," a dedicated time for introspection and self-discovery. We encourage you to take fifteen minutes to thoughtfully write down a value or a values your authentic self holds dear. This we will use to increase awareness of what your north star or maybe constelation of stars are for your most authentic self. Every week this can change or stay the same and those values can be used as a one off introspection or stay with you all your life still fitting within the Authentic Rebellion framework.

The Compass: navigate with purpose
Following "The Opening" is "The Compass," where we connect your identified values to your everyday life. This section focuses on creating actionable "if-then" statements. For example, if your value is peace of mind, then you might commit to meditating for a half-hour each morning. We explore practical ways to align your actions with your authentic self and share how these commitments can lead to a more meaningful existence. This is where we bridge philosophy with daily practice.

The Rebellion: embrace your journey and memento mori
Finally, "The Rebellion" provides a space to candidly share your frustrations, challenges, and successes. This is an opportunity to process how you've navigated your values and actions, celebrating achievements and learning from setbacks. We often conclude by discussing the profound concept of memento mori—living towards death. This isn't about morbidity, but about recognizing the finite nature of life to inspire a more urgent and authentic way of living. It reminds us that we don't have all the time in the world, fostering a deeper appreciation for each moment.
